CJ 009 | Session Report #001

Casino : Treasury Brisbane

$300 buy in

Tried place betting with don’t pass. First time ever. Wasn’t hard at all as I had always thought.
$6 6 and 8 to start.
Also went out with $110 inside. For one throw and then didn’t come down all the way took the 5 and 9 off but left the 6 and 8 with $30
Mostly a cold table
only one shooter made 2 points
Didn’t follow the trend as I saw it was cold.
Only had 45 mins
Bet on 2 brand new shooters that have never thrown before big mistake. Point 7 outs
My throws were still no good.
Did 2 hands.
1 bet small. 6 and 8.
2 bet $110 inside and hit 2 places. Must come down after first throw. There is plenty of time to come down
Felt rushed to set. And had stick right 1. Much easier to throw from this spot then straight out.
Coloured up with $143 left
Lost 2 $110 inside point seven out. Didn’t have time to recoup.
The game was very slow. Even with just 1/2 the table open.

CJ 008 | APC Dice Unboxing and Practice Throws from Stick Right 1

In this episode, I unbox some dice from Axis Power Craps and record some practice throws on my practice rig setup from position stick right 1. I have setup a prototype of a shooting rail. It’s very raw but the height is right at 11″, the chip rail and the padding is missing which will put it up at around 12″, which would mean I’d need to build another or cut it down. I’ve already cut it down once as I’d built it to high. I’ll show more of it in future videos when I record my throws at different angles.

In this episode, I record some practice throws on my practice rig setup from position stick right 1. The beer carton was my temporary rail solution. It’s not perfect but it’s better than no rail at all. My practice rig is very flexible as I can change positions left and right and straight out and also adjust distances to whatever I like.

CJ 005 | New Dice and Practice Throws

In this episode, I unwrap some new precision dice from the Dice Coach direct from Las Vegas in the USA. I then do some practice throws. I will setup better camera angles next time, with multiple cameras. I’m just waiting on another 2 tripod then I can have 3 cameras simultaneously recording. This will allow me to analyse my throw more effectively.

CJ 004 | Session Report – 20151228

In this episode I go through my first Casino Session Report since starting learning the ins and out of Craps. What an eye opening experience and so full of learning moments. The outcome of the session impressed on me just how much of a student of Craps I am, and how I have only just started and have so much more to learn. Looking into the future with my crystal ball, I see many hours of training in front of me, but I’m excited by that, and not daunted in away way.

It would be great to hear of strategies that you use. I’m happy to program them into WinCraps and see how it holds up under a few simulations.

CJ 003 | Strategy Review – 3 Tier Don’t Pass – Without Odds

Welcome to episode 3 of the podcast. This podcast is a strategy review of a 3 tier don’t pass without using any odds.

This leads on from my boring don’t pass humble beginnings concept that I discussed in episode 2.

Only betting on the don’t pass, but this strategy has more meat behind it.

Strategy Synopsis

Bet Don’t Pass only in 3 tiers of $10/$20/$30 , $30/$60/$90 , $90/$180/$270

If shooter makes 3 passes, then stop betting until shooter 7’s out.

Restart again on the next higher tier with a new shooter.

Once you win return back to the beginning of the lowest tier.
